This work is designed for individuals + partners who are emotionally stable + able to engage in reflective, relational work outside of acute crisis. Clients experiencing active psychosis, unmanaged substance dependence, suicidal ideation, or other acute mental health concerns are encouraged to seek appropriate clinical or emergency support.
While this practice draws from clinical training + evidence-based frameworks + approaches, offerings are provided within a coaching scope.
